Poor rest and sight design. Not adjustable draw weight or length.
The threads are too small for any of the standard bolts for mounting other arrow rests. Apparently the included rest is designed to be vertical but this encircles the arrow and destroys fletchings. The arrow rest cannot be installed level (pic 1, or equivalent clockwise rotation) because the hexagon of the mounting (pic 2) is 60° askew from the hexagon on the molding of the rest (pic 3). One can buy an adhesive rest ($3-12+), (magnetic) probably the best choice anyway, but the threads are too small for a plunger adjustment or to use a standard nylon or metal bolt to L-R adjust the rest position. The sight pin is too short.Otherwise, it seems a good bow with appealing aesthetics. Also take careful note that it is every bit of 25lbs pull (until cam relief) probably too much for the average “7-10 year-old.” One listing for this product says the draw weight is adjustable from 17 to 45 lbs. This is WRONG; there are no limb bolts, no adjustment. Similarly other Barnett listings for bows without limb bolts erroneously claim 17-45 lb adjustment. There are no real instructions, including installation of the rest and sight. Also, although the riser is symmetrically ambidextrous, left handed use requires flipping the cams/pulleys end-for-end at a shop, probably costing the price of the bow. (You might be able to do this if you have the tool to remove the retaining ring (pic 4) to remove the axel and de-tension cables but it’s probably difficult without a bow press. They should just offer a left- and right-handed versions with risers cut away enough for a decent arrow rest. Was a good value at $35 inc shipping but not since the price rise.

nice bow, caution for left handers
Bought because was reversible for a left hander. This turned out to be not something you could do at home and required special equipment. Also, after reversal string knock needed moved as the string was not reversible. Other than the difficulties getting started this is a nice bow and performs well. It is currently a little too difficult for my 8yr son to pull back, but I expect it to be perfect by next year.

Faulty 2x
First Archery set ordered came in broken, we sent it back and had it replaced. Second set, the bow works great, but the arrow was used twice in a 35lb target, and the tip fell off.......so now my son only has one arrow!

Hard to reverse side for left handers, broken parts quickly
Bow seems to work well but the targeting pin broke after 3 days. Also says reversable but it is not easy to reverse and can't be done with normal household tools.Good begginer bow for complete beginners but don't expect it to last.
