Good size for arms, feels solid
Good size for the arms. Felt soft against the skin. Easy to self apply. Buckle is metal and the product feels pretty solid

These work!
The velcro straps hold and are easy on and off. I have another set of yellow and black straps with velcro in a set of arms/leg bands. Those are fantastic. I needed another set for travel. I tried the ones with no velcro and they were too stretchy and wouldn't stay tight. Returned those. These were exactly what I was looking for. I had to buy arm and leg bands separately so it was more expensive. I wish they sold more of these in a set. That is the only reason I took off 1 star. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!

Made for petite people like me.
Surprisingly comfortable. I am glad that it comes in narrower size, as the wide one would be in the way when I work out. Good quality material, has just enough stretch to assure good fit.

Best BFR bands so far
My second pair, lost the other pair at the gym, just order a new one . Best brand for me so far, perfect elasticity, good size, strong and durable.Will not hesitate to buy again if I loose them one more time.

Fit well, enhanced muscle pump & muscle fatigue
The bands are made of a semi stretchy material, so the fit is more comfortable than I expected.Short term impression: I experienced an enhanced muscle pump during weight lifting and experienced arm muscle soreness despite lifting with lighter weights than usual (as one may expect).I am using these while rehabbing a shoulder injury to enhance muscle fatigue while training with much lighter weights. Definitely worth a try for the price.

Practically perfect for most purposes.
Simple, easy on/off, perfectly sized, a great tool in the bodybuilding arsenal. A bit concerned about durability, as the velcro began shredding the base after three uses. But that's a small quibble for this price point, or perhaps I just got a bad pair. Still mostly satisfied with this purchase.
