I’ve been using this product for a little over two weeks and it’s been working for me! I’ve tried so many all natural products with little to no results. I too have silly dreams as others have mentioned, but who cares. I’m getting a good night sleep!

I really like this supplement so far. It has helped me relax and fall asleep. The only issue is if I wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night I have trouble going back to sleep again. Overall great product though!

Of all I have tried, this is a combination which lets you get to sleep easily, stay without worrying of to heavy of a rest and wake up easily.

This is the only non-habit forming/ all natural pill that has worked for me. Infact it works miracles. I have been having sleep issues for the last 8 months due to a combination of multiple factors including covid, stress, anxiety, depression, body aches and loss of family. I did not want anything that is habit forming and addictive. So I researched online and found some natural remedies.I tried lavender candles & chamomile tea which relaxed me a bit but then I spent the whole night running to the bathroom. I tried Melatonin 10mg for over two weeks but it did not work for me. I tried ZZZquil which is basically Diphenhydramine HCI and that worked for the first few days and after that it would not work unless I doubled the dosage which I did not want to continue as I already have addiction issues. Finally after doing some more research online and reading about Valerian I gave this product a try as it also has Turmeric in there. I was not too optimistic but by god has this been the best product ever. I thought it would take atleast a week or so for my system to get used to it. But by day 2, I was sleeping like a baby. I take 2 pills 1 hour before bed and it truly works miracles. I sleep restfully through the night and I wake up refreshed without the groggy feeling from ZZZquil.I have been with amazon for the last 9 years and I've barely written less than 5 reviews but I had to write a review for this as it has changed my life. I now sleep peacefully, wake up refreshed, have energy to go on walks and just feel so good and peaceful.

The smell of the valerian is super overpowering. It smells like an unwashed, teenage foot. If you don't have the stomach for strong smells out of the bottle then know that this works as intended to help with pre-bedtime relaxation. I couldn't keep taking it.
