It's well loved and well worn!
One of my fourth grade students had one of these and let me look at it. I was so impressed with it that I purchased one for my first grader who is extremely interested in wild animals and the outdoors. It's small enough that it travels easily, and she's constantly calling out animal facts from the backseat on car trips. Has great information for adults too. The layout is easily accessible, with predictable format so that you know where to look to find what you want to know. Very well done. I may have to purchase another when this one gives out!
