but the bottom straps just broke off the on both side, I would like to return it

I love the color of this bag. The strap didn't come with clear directions on how to put it on but I was able to watch a video and got it quickly.

After only 3 months it came apart Where the straps connect too. Unable to use.poor quality

I love it. Perfect size.

I used this purse at home very little before I left on a trip and it did not handle the heavy use on the trip. The sewn piece that holds the hook that allows you to switch which way you sling it over your shoulder completely tore while I was exiting a streetcar and it fell off of me! At least I can wear it the other way, but that feels backwards 😂
