Love this product!!!!!
I have more energy since taking this supplement on a daily. As a result my daily trip to Starbucks has been reduced to a maximum of 3 days a week. My nails which had been splitting, are stronger. My hair appears to be growing quicker and I have received compliments on how thick and healthy it looks. There has not been any other change to my diet or daily supplements, so it has to be the trace minerals.
