It has a flowery aroma and helps soothe but it does not disperse quite as well as the traditional tea bag. I usually have to hold it down in the liquid with a spoon to keep it submerged. But its a minor complain. All in all its good

Luxmi estate's teas are good, but they are sending old stocks. I've bought green tea and chamomile tea both of which were old stocks although they are not exceeded the expiry.

Recently started using this ashwagandha turmeric herbal tea and it is really soothing to the throat. I relaxes the mind and gives a nice organic feel. I use it as hot tea and cold brew as well with a pinch of honey.
