I am primarily a gamer so I purchased this chair to use for that reason mainly. I recieved two packages that the chair was delivered in. Both boxes came intact and in great condition. It arrived on time, no sooner nor later than the expected delivery date. All the pieces were included and easy to assemble together. The chair is definitely nice looking and sleek. The material of the leather is quite soft yet durable. However, as some have started, the cushioning in the chair is somewhat firm, although not necessarily in a bad way. I believe as with many new furniture pieces, the chair just needs to be "broken in" a little bit as to soften up the cushioning. In time, I believe my body will get use to it. All the features listed and advertised are included. I really like the buttons being on the outside rather than the inside. The LED lights are gorgeous. I love the fact it comes with a tray to alternate on either side for convenience. The compartments hidden in the armrests are nice for storage. The headrest adjustment is my favorite feature by far and love that I can find my sweet spot with a touch of a button. That one is new to me. My least favorite thing about this chair is that the position of the arms. I feel like they are positioned weird and too far back for my liking. My elbows have a difficult time getting comfortable. Other than that I would say this chair is a clear winner. You just can't beat the price point of this product. Well worth it!

Its early, but so far I am impressed.We bought two of these for our TV room. I am 6' tall. My wife is 5'2. They are not large oversized chairs, but the adjustable headrest is the key that makes these chairs work well for both of us. My feet hang off the end of the footrest a bit, not that big of a deal to me.My initial reaction is 1. The seat is quite firm and comfortable. 2. I do not believe these are real leather as stated in the ad, and also in some reviews. 3. The motorized recline and headrest functions are super quiet and fast. I was not sure I would like a motorized recliner, but I am a fan. The motorized feature gives me the ability to set the chair exactly where it fits me. This goes a long way in making for comfortable seating. 4. The motorized headrest is really nice to support your head in almost any position.Fast easy assembly with good instructions- my wife did most of the assembly. From the time the FedEx driver delivered until both chairs were set up and in place as about 30-40 minutes. Each chair came in 2 boxes.My previous chair was a manual Lazyboy leather recliner. It was quite worn and I needed to replace it. I thought seriously about getting 2 new lazyboy recliners, The model I had would have cost about $1500 each. (I paid $550 each for these) Do I think this chair is better than the Lazyboys??? No. It is not the same quality. But it seems to be pretty good quality for 1/3 of the cost.The chair is pretty well designed. The two large pockets in the arms are great. The cup holder is nice. I did not think I would leave the tray on the chair, but I have not taken it off yet. They are handy for a book, notepad, laptop, my glasses...whatever.Bottom line-my wife loves the chairs. I like them, but my expectation is pretty high. I do not like junk. I like good quality and can afford it. I would not recommend a poor product. I am not that guy. This is not a $4000 chair. It is however a pretty good value for the money. It also looks good next to my $4500 sofa.Knowing what I know now, would I buy two more of these chairs? Yes. I would do so without hesitation.

The media could not be loaded.  I was able to install this in my class c camper. It comes in four boxes and easily fits through the narrow door and can be installed easily in a small space like a camper.It's very easy to install following the simple instructions where pieces just slip together and click in place. There is even a couple of spots where you can screw it to the floor so it stays still in a camper.The electric all wires together and ends up only having two plugins needed.The end result is a fantastic love seat that has controls for the left and right seated person and you can turn on the lights for either chair and you can even change the colors.I find this chair to be extremely comfortable and the leg and foot rest even hold up my long legs.

it was pretty easy to put together, everything slides and clicks into place, and the wiring is pretty simple and the directions have pictures so that helped a lot lol. theres a bunch of different colors for the lighting(i use the purple one) and the headrest and recliner is sooo nice, we got 2 of these for me and my dad and my dad has fallen asleep multiple times in the chair because of how comfortable it was already. absolutely worth the price for how good the quality is, weve had these chairs for a while now and havent had a problem!

Recently received this item. I was amazed at how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were straightforward. So far my husband is enjoying this twin recliner. For we got the price was right. I'm only giving it a 4, since it's so new. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Nice, soft and comfortable chair. Has 2 cup holders, reclining, and has side pockets. Folding tray and charging ports for cell phone. Best chair I have ever owned.

Shipping was a little crazy; they separated the boxes ; I got them separately ; got 3 then 1 and the last one took the longest but had them all in a week. Just waiting for that last one box sucked lol.Getting to put it together was super easy ; instructions came with it along with everything it promised.Quality is beautiful; the air leather is soft and feels durable; doesn’t have any bad smells.So far everything works smoothly and comfortably! Love I can change the light colors too!Very pleased and definitely recommend buying !Also; Was looking for a couch with support for my husband’s neck problems and with the adjustable headrest it’s perfect and helps so much keeping his pain levels down .Was definitely worth the price ! Thank you !
