Before buying this product I spent a lot of time researching. I was curious why it is being used as a supplement to help with ageing even though originally it’s an amino acid mainly used as pre workout energy boost. What caught my attention was how important it is for hydration and balancing electrolyte minerals in the muscles in order prevent cramps if you are prone, like myself. Also I was surprised to learn how closely taurine is involved in maintenance of bone strength. Still early days but the research is quite solid so hoping this supports my bones in addition to helping me stay active🤞

Very easy to swallow smooth capsules. I like that these are high strength and without artificial additives, just pure taurine powder in veg casing. Taurine was recommended to my partner as a good amino acids supplement for high blood pressure. I don't need to lower blood pressure myself I take it as a general wellness and energy booster. I also feel taurine benefits my memory and mental alertness.

I really struggle with fatigue on a daily basis, i take 3 an hour after waking, it gives me the energy I need during the day.Will buy again.
