Bought this for my brother who Mountain bikes as added protection. Originally bought him the long sleeved version but he opted for the short sleeved version due to the padded areas on the long sleeved not lining up with his elbows.The jacket is light and looks really durable and fits like a glove, you wouldnt really notice it when in use. The back protector has length and protects right the way down your back giving real confidence when in the squat position (bike or Snowboarding). I was really impressed by the quality and the protection it offered (back, Ribs, Shoulders & elbow). I went and bought the long sleeved version for Snowboarding (whenever it opens back up !).Did a good bit of research before I bought these and they seem to be the best on the market in this price range.A must for those adventurers (young or old) out there.Size: I'm 6'3 & 95kg so I went for the XL. My brother is 6'5 & 82kg and went for the L.

Bought for husband who has Parkinson’s and falls a lot. Great protection for main and lower back. Shoulder pads slip round towards the front of his arms so don’t really protect his shoulders. Stitching has come undone at bottom edge, revealing pad beneath but doesn’t affect performance.

Broke my shoulder in Jan, went skiing again in March, wanted some protection and this proved to be perfect and very comfortable, going to wear it in my motorcycle now.

I was apprehensive about buying body armour for skiing as I expected it to be uncomfortable and cumbersome. I was wrong, this armour is well tailored, very comfortable to wear and breathable. After a minute, you forget you are wearing armour. Definitely takes the sting out of tumbling down the slope! I think this armour is a perfect balance of comfort and safety.

Lightweight and good value for money

The product is all that it's stated but even a large fit was struggling to feel comfortable and I'm 34 ", the velcro band strap comes away when riding, and the zipper catches most often when zipping up.

Bought thus to use for darkage reenactment. Its light weight and provided protection where I needed it.

Too bulky and runs large. Back is uncomfortable too.

... allerdings bei dem Preis dann doch schon ein kleines Muss. Angenehm überrascht war ich über die Länge des Rückenpanzers. Dieser reicht bei mir (XXL) bis zum knapp zum Steinbein. Sehr gut. Nutze den Panzer für das Downhill fahren. Stoff soweit angenehm. Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck.

Cercavo una protezione per lo sci che avesse come prerogativa leggerezza e comfort ma non a scapito della sicurezza. Dopo una breve ricerca, anche tra le Marche più blasonate e decisamente più costose, ho trovato questo modello e, ad oggi, dopo 3/4 utilizzi in campo, ritengo di aver fatto la scelta giusta : caldo, Traspirante, comodo e dall'ingombro quasi impercettibile sotto la giacca da neve. La scelta è ricaduta sul modello a maniche corte perché non ritengo necessaria una protezione dei gomiti sugli sci, protezione che tra l'altro renderebbe difficoltosi alcuni movimenti. L'unica nota negativa riscontrata è rappresentata dal paraschiena che per quanto sia "trattenuto" da una comoda fascia lombare con chiusura in velcro, tende a spingere sul pantalone o salire, ma è davvero un minimo disagio a fronte di una maggior sicurezza per uno sport che diventa sempre più rischioso

Usato per sciare con tre costole rotte in via di guarigione. Protezione adeguata e ispirano sicurezza.

Came back from a skiing trip. Very comfortable. Didn't fall so can't speak of protective qualities, but it sure looks and feels good.
