Product separated
I have used this in the past , ordered it from UK when I lived there last year , the one I was send here today have either separated or the supplier have added water to it , it is very thin , tried shaking it up but are left with a lumpy mass that litterelly has no smell at all , and it is supposed to have a nice warm vanilla sent , I am returning this and hope the next one is better , if not then I will find another place to buy this product, this product and all other products from spa by tropiclean are usually super high end luxury for the dogs , and this one is also normally super great , just not the one these sellers send me , as I say they have either stored this product wrongly or the seller have added water to it to cheat unknowing customers , I will see if the next one is the same , if it is I'll complaint to spa by tropiclean directly and warn them of this seller ,very very disappointed over what they send me (first 2 pictures is after I tried shaking the bottle up , last picture is after its been standing for about 10 min) it's so wrong , don't buy from this seller, but go ahead and buy it from a good seller price is the same , and the product when working are brilliant

Very nice
I add this to my dog paw cleaning water and it keeps their paws a lot softer. I have a German Shepherd/Border Collie who runs around outside a lot, and a German Shepherd/Rottweiler who tries to keep up.

Press top-up cap has gap after closing
The product itself is good quality and smells nice.The problem is the press top-up cap. After closing it, the back part won't seal well. There's a 2-millimeter gap that can dry up the cream. I tried to carefully adjust, but it still has a gap after closing. It would be nice to receive an empty version of the same bottle and transfer the cream into it. I'm using double-layer tape to seal the gap. When using the product next time, I have to remove the tape first and then re-apply a new piece of the double tape to save the cream - if it will save it. If there was no problem with the cap I'd give 5 star.

puffy and super rough paws
This stuff is saving my 13 yr old English Bulldogs sore, puffy and super rough paws! Her poor puffies are getting soft. Never thought I'd see this happen. Bulldogs have very sensitive skin and there are 2 things that i cant say enough about this brand. The ear cleaner and the paw treatment we could not live without. Please give them a try. I'm an extremely picky Momma and my old baby girl really benefits from these products.i actually rub it on her paws when shes sleeping and for a double dose, i put it in her bath so her paws soak it up. She sooooo much better! Did I mention she's 13 and crusty?!? Was crusty
