KAVU Original Rope Sack Sling Crossbody Backpack

The stock photo is bright yellow, which is what I wanted. The color states mango and I got mango orange. Not as pictured- yellow. Returning. Nice bag tho. I have a collection of these bags and unfortunately I’m giving one star because the color noted is far from the color in the stock photo.

I love this brand. This is the exact color I wanted. On the smaller size yet roomy enough for items I take on walks and hikes, and a few items that I take to the gym. Small but large enough for iPhone, a notebook or iPad, keys, wallet and small camera and a few cosmetics.

I love this bag alot. I've carried it everyday for over a year and it's great. It holds a full sized pew pew and full IFAK very nicely and leaves room for water or anything else. I did take it out of the country and it worked great for the airport.

I bought this bag to travel to Italy and Greece with a tour group. This was easy to pick up and go. For it's size it held a remarkable amount of things I wanted to carry, including my water bottle. My water bottle did leak one day and nothing outside the bag got wet even though there was about an inch of water in the bottom. One of the best features was an inside pouch that zips inside the bag which could hold my passport and small RFID wallet. This kept them very safe and took away my worry, even when I carried the bag on my back. The strap is such that it can be carried easily across the back or front.

This is the 4th sling bag from Kavu that I have ordered. The first 3 my wife did not like the color/pattern. This one is Navy blue and we both like it but surprise, when I opened the plastic bag I saw that the fabric is very cheap/flimsy. Very subject to being torn. All the other bags had a tougher woven fabric. All the same price, all Kavu. The lesson here is find a store selling them and get it in person and not on-line.
