Does the job
Finally a bowl that they can’t finish in less than 5 min. Great for enrichment too. My dog can’t flip it over because of the suction at the bottom. They are very big is the only downside but other than that they are good.

Entertainment!
My dog loves this! It keeps him entertained for a while. The suction cups work best on tile floors, not LVP as I have so I placed his food in another room but they stick well. The compartments spin easily. Highly recommend!

Slows our pup down and is fun for him!
This is great for our giant breed dog! It's a large capacity and keeps him stimulated while eating.

Great feeder
We bought this for our female Boxer to slow down her eating so she would regurgitate her food. Feeding went from 2 minutes to about 15 minutes and she hasn't regurgitated since. Takes a while to clean do to the moving parts and crevices. Not a big deal. So far, so good and highly recommend for dog breeds that need to eat slower. Works well with wet or dry foods. Holly Golightly (our Boxer) gives it 5 paws...!Update: this feeder is awesome. Great results with our Boxer and wet food. Again, it’s a bit of a pain to clean with wet food but that’s do be expected. Our Boxer hasn’t regurgitated her food since we switched to this feeder. Highly recommend for sure.

Amazing Product
Nice easy to clean bowl with the added benefit of slowing down the rate at which our Labrador eats her food reducing the risk of bloating, she has no problem at all eating from the bowl and seems to be enjoying it must check her out The placement of the food in the bowl, I would recommend this to anyone who has issues with their dog swallowing food.

Great dog bowl
This bowl is awesome. I have a dog who gulfs food down, like there is no tomorrow. This bowl has significantly slowed her down and makes her really have to work for her food. I would totally recommend this bowl for any medium to large dog owner.

Believe all the 5-star reviews; this is a game-changer for power-eaters
The way my over-privileged golden retriever scarfs down his food, you would think he was raised in a Dickens novel. His 2 cups of dinner kibble typically needs to be served in 4-6 consecutive small courses; otherwise, it would be vacuumed up in about 25-30 seconds — along with a lot of air, which leads to a lot of stomach gurgling and eye-watering gas, which leads to opening a lot of windows. Time to try a slow feeder! This slow feeder really is as fantastic as other reviewers have said. The feeder is GIGANTIC (about 17”W x 10”D x 3”H), so you can spread out a *lot* of food just using the ridged rubber mat which fits snugly inside the bone-shaped plastic base. If you use the shaped plastic inserts, you add both to the fun/challenge of mealtime and also to the available square footage to spread out the food. The feeder fit perfectly on the raised tray table I’ve been using for years and the four suction cups held the entire unit firmly in place. (Now I just need to figure out how to secure the entire tray table to the floor!) The green rubber mat has lots of ridges (which could be a little taller, IMHO, but work fine as is) and the inserts have different-shaped obstacles, so it’s pretty much impossible for your dog to outsmart the slow-feeding system. It took my dog about 5 seconds to figure out how to spin the inserts around to find every piece of food hiding underneath, and he managed to remove one of the inserts altogether in his enthusiasm, but the feeder did exactly what it was supposed to do: it slowed him down A LOT — not anywhere near the 25x claimed on the product page, but definitely to a reasonable pace. Plus, he seemed to be chewing his food while searching for the next piece instead of just swallowing multiple pieces whole. He also seemed to find the whole process to be a lot of fun. Time will tell if this improves his digestion significantly, but common sense has me leaning in an optimistic direction. The feeder is very easy to clean, but it’s not a 30-second process like washing a typical dog bowl. To remove all the slobber and tiny food pieces, you need to take out all the inserts and wash them individually, as also thoroughly wash the large rubber mat at the bottom (which is somewhat of a pain to remove from the base, but can probably be washed without removing it in most cases). I don’t see how they could have made the cleaning process easier, but just be aware that it will probably take a bit more time than you’re used to.The *only* thing I don’t absolutely love about this product is that it is made of plastic. I have been feeding my dogs from Pyrex or stainless steel dishes for years because those materials were supposedly far healthier than the plastic bowls of yesteryear. Current research claims that food-grade rubber and polypropylene (but *not* polyethylene or “PET”) are safe for dogs. Nevertheless, I would gladly pay twice as much for this product if all the parts were stainless steel instead of plastic since stainless steel can be disinfected at high temperatures, is virtually indestructible and lasts indefinitely. I hope the manufacturer will reproduce this feeder in stainless steel as a “premium” version 2.0, but in the meanwhile, for the bargain price of this product ($20.99 at time of order, but the price has been going up and down a few dollars from day to day), this bowl is a *must-try* device to slow down your fast-eating dog.Note: Except for the addition of the seller’s logo, www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYBTF8KT appears to be identical to this product. Personally, I prefer no logo, but if this feeder becomes unavailable on Amazon, check out the other one.5 enthusiastic stars.
