ChacoWomen's Z/Cloud 2 Sandal

I waited a while to review these lovely sandals just because. Well I freaking love them. I’ve worn them consistently since February and they are holding up like brand new. I wear them a few times a week they are my go to shoes after I get home from work. I have had a few pairs of Chaco’s prior to this pair and when you know you know. At first I was slightly confused about the strap situation, but after following the instructions (included on a card inside the box) I got them to fit exactly as expected. I ordered a size 8 and yes that’s my size. Normally in women’s Nike sneakers I wear size 9. And 8.5 in Adidas. So yes size may be trial and error? I love the look of these sandals and have convinced the multiple girlfriends who compliment them to buy a pair. I have knee issues and get regular cortisone shot, these are comfortable. Much more comfortable than other higher end sandals I’ve worn and own. What I really enjoy is how comfortable they are and how my feet don’t hurt. Great supportive sandals for any occasion! Yes I truly do recommend this style Chaco and I especially love this color choice!

I bought these beginning of summer 2024 and wore them basically everyday. Took them to Michigan, Los Angeles and wore them everywhere in Portland. I’ve gone hiking in them, kayaking, padalboarding, long walks, camping basically everything and they are super comfortable and durable, I have not gotten any blisters. It’s easily adjustable and goes with every summer outfit.You get a funny tan out of though. It’s Jan. 2025 and I still have a Chaco tan.Will be buying another pair for summer ‘25

Functional, fits my feet well, stylish and very comfortable. They’re durable and don’t cause me blisters.

These are my favorite pair of shoes this summer!! I love how durable they are. They can handle anything I’ve been doing this summer. They can totally get wet but it takes a while for them dry off but that’s okay. They are kinda a pain to adjust but once you get them to fit they are fine. They are so simple looking and I’m so glad I got them. I wore them to Mackinac and walked around and biked in them and my feet didn’t hurt at all. The best sandal for walking around or hanging out

I did a lot of research before buying these Chacos. I keep hearing how awesome they are, and how they support your feet and last forever, etc. I settled on the Zcloud model because they supposedly fit true to size and the sole is cushioned. Here are my thoughts after having worn them daily for two weeks:* The straps are fairly easy to adjust. If the directions on the box don't make sense, there are plenty of youtube videos to help you.*I wish I could have tried a wide option. For some reason, they don't make wide in women's 11 (Why, I have no idea. Chaco, can you help me out here? Doesn't seem fair), and I didn't like the strap options in the men's version so I stuck with a regular width. I do not normally wear a wide, but right at the beginning of my heel where the rear strap comes out of the shoe is somewhat tight.*The length is right on - no problem there.*I found that it took me almost a week to be able to comfortably wear the shoes all day. The Zcloud soles are apparently softer than the regular Chaco soles, but don't expect super cushiony. That being said, once I did get used to them, they are now the sandals I automatically reach for in the morning.*Now that I have the straps adjusted to my feet, they mostly stay put and I don't have to spend a lot of time adjusting them. I was a little worried about this, as I have a pair of Zongs from a few years ago that I stopped wearing because they continually tightened around my big toe and I was always having to stop and readjust them. These are great in that aspect - no frequent adjustments required.Overall, I'm happy with these shoes. They are not exactly what I expected and they do take some getting used to, but they are comfortable and offer good support. I'd be thrilled if Chaco would recognize the need for an 11 wide in women for those of us who do not wish to order men's shoes.UPDATE: Three years and three more pairs of Chacos later, I am in love with this brand. I sent the original pair back to the company to have them restrung and they look like new shoes. The only thing that bothers me is that, except for the pair I had restrung and specially requested longer straps, the buckle sits right on my instep, which I don't find particularly attractive. It doesn't affect the comfort of the shoe either way.

Tried other sandals like this on Amazon but these have the best arch and toe fit! Straps take a second to get to the right place but then they are super comfy
