Beautiful dresser!
This dresser is just beautiful! I’m very impressed with the quality. I initially looked at west elm, but this one is almost identical to the one there, for much less. It’s pretty sturdy, so I believe it will hold up well over time. Assembly was easy, but time consuming due to the number of pieces. I was jealous of the reviewer who built this beast in 4 hours. I’m not great at assembly, but I was able to do this buy myself with the exception of having the hubby help me stand it upright. The instructions were super easy to follow and understand, and every single hole lined up perfectly. Even with the time commitment, I am impressed enough that I would happily buy this again, and I love the final product.

Ready your electric drill to earn a dresser that is not hideous
After many hours, operation get my clothes off the floor is over. This dresser is made from solid wood pieces and I’m satisfied with the price, quality and style of the item. It’s more than ikea but it’s way less than west elm or crate and barrel. It took me around 5 hours to assemble this dresser by myself. Dressers always take a long time to assemble. You have to make drawers and a frame—no way around that.POWER TOOLS REQUIRED. This would have been hell on wheels without an electric drill/screwdriver. You do have to manually tighten a lot of the screws but most of the assembly requires you to screw through wood and not all the holes are pre-drilled. The screws make the piece VERY sturdy but it requires a lot of muscle /electricity to get through the wood (cause it’s not particle board). The instructions are ikea style and mostly visual. I mixed up the legs on the bottom but my goof was minor overall. Since you are screwing into wood, reversing course is difficult. Some other things to note. The drawers are not very deep. Also the drawers are not on a roller track—the drawers are retained in the unit by pegs so open and close is less smoove than say a Malm dresser.STILL, the dresser is actually not ugly and I searched for a long time to find a decent looking, decently priced dresser (even ikea is not cheap anymore). I find drawer pulls ugly so the cutouts are soothing to me. And it hits that mid century style mark pretty successfully for me because I can’t afford CB2. Keep your undies in style in this!

Love these dressers!
I’m always hesitant to buy furniture from Amazon or Wayfair because you never really know what you are going to get, however, I am really happy with the price and the dressers overall! There was one issue, I got 4 right side feet for the dresser instead of 2 right and 2 left but you can’t even see it and it didn’t really affect the build so I just figured it wasn’t worth a hassle. I bought one 3 drawer and 1 6 drawer and each took me about 3-4 hours with a glass of wine in my hand. The instructions were mostly clear and I didn’t have any other issues. The dressers are incredibly sturdy but the wood itself is somewhat fragile and if you use a drill you will more than likely mess up the wood. I used a phillips screwdriver, my own Allen wrench, and a hammer; that’s it, so you can expect a bit of work but I didn’t mind, especially for the price! You do need to be very careful with the face of the drawers or you might end up with a few little dings. Overall I absolutely love the look of the dressers, they work great for us, and we’re exactly what I was looking for!

Waste of Time
I was very excited for the dresser to come in. Unfortunately it arrived with broken pieces and also was missing pieces. I was missing one of the legs, and 3 of the pieces of wood that make up the sides of the drawers. This dresser is relatively difficult and time consuming to build. I spent nearly 6 hours putting this together only to find out I was missing pieces. After contacting the manufacturer, they informed me the pieces I needed were out of stock and would not be restocked until October. A dresser that arrives missing pieces of structural wood is completely useless. This one will be going in the trash. Truly a shame because the wood looks very good and the dresser is quite stable.

You get what you pay for
Pros:-Looks good when assembled-Good sizeCons:-Difficult to assemble. Took me 3 hours. I would say a similar Ikea piece might take half the time.-Quality control Issues with several pieces.>3 of the wood panels split when inserting the screws (thought about getting replacement pieces, but when you've built 50% of the thing (with dozens of glued dowels, etc.), it's a tough decision. One of the pieces split because the panel had a knot where the hole was, the other 2 simply had slightly misaligned guide holes and the interior panels are crappier wood. it's like this thing could have easily been built for easier assembly, but making it impossible to repackage and return seems to be by design.>Another screw came poking through the exterior panel because the pocket hole for the screw was a little too deep and soft and the length of the screw is just enough to not go through the board (one reason not to use a power tool, you'll blow right through some of the panels if you're not careful).>The masonite sheet that covers the back was also dented (maybe in transit) and I had to push the dent out.>So many of the dowel holes and the dowels themselves were not uniformly sized. Required some trial and error picking which dowels might fit which holes best.-Drawers:>Seems like the all wood construction is supposed to be a mark of quality, but really there isn't any advantage to the wooden drawer slides. Would be way better with metal soft close slides like in Ikea furniture. The drawer stops are just 2 dowels inserted into holes that would make it difficult to remove the drawer when needed. Even the instructions suggest you maintain them with wax to keep them sliding smoothly.
