Really Works
I used for pain relief and the pain is decreasing a lot since the first day of use. This product is really working for me. My pain is almost gone I will be using it everyday.

I have not used it long enough to say it is really making a difference. I will say that it does feel good while using it, once you get use to the knobby ends. It is easy to use, and I like that I can take pack it and take with me while we travel.

Rolls Easily
I am not sure if it provided any benefits for me but the item itself seems well made and rolls easily on the floor. The area you place your foot on seems durable but I could've used deeper "bumpers."
