I’m surprised at how hard it is to get certain info from the reviews here, so let me try and fill some gaps:- Note that this one product listing represents many different designs that one chooses as “colors,” so be careful of what you’re ordering.- Most sizes run accurately, but the smaller you go, especially in children’s sizes, the tighter the fit.- The tread and rubber sole quality on the shoes is hearty enough for just about anything below fairly demanding hiking/rock-climbing. Hiking at the rim of the Grand Canyon was no issue with these.- The mesh construction makes for a nice light feel, and allows the shoes to be inexpensive. However, they shouldn’t really be considered a “water feature,” as the shoes take as long to dry out after submersion as any other standard sneaker due to the many non-mesh sections.- The shoes look fairly cheap to the discerning eye, and the construction is a little sloppy (sections don’t fit together totally perfectly, some glue may be slopped on without care), but they’re relatively hearty for the price. They’ve lasted my family through miles of hikes with no issues.

Well when I received my shoes they were a half size smaller that what I ordered. Initially out of the box I was upset but I put them on anyway. To my astonishment they actually fit me really nicely. So I guess I would've been more disappointed if I got what I actually ordered.My review is after several months of use. And by use I mean I use these as hiking shoes so my feet can breathe easier because no matter how (waterproof) you think your shoe or boot is, your feet is getting wet regardless. I own keen and Solomon shoes and mid hikers so comparison I can say this opinion wise. So you might as well get something that'll dry as quick as possible.Using them as hiker shoes are phenomenal. I live in PA and our trails are covered with rocks and boulders and my feet still stay comfortable so that's a plus. I usually do 10 mile days in them or more depending who's with me.I can cross streams, walk in rain, get them muddy, and they dry within a couple hours of just air drying while I'm still hiking. Not to mention excellent traction and grip.I will definitely buy another pair once these ware out. And best part is, is the holes in the bottom sole let the water just drain right out through the little pits in the side of the shoes sole. Love them so far

Not recommended as water shoes.They drain well but do not dry quickly. Still wet 14 hours later including several hours in the sun.I would not recommend these for beach or kayaking as sand and small rocks will easily get into the shoes.Seem to be OK on larger rocks and the soles are solid enough to walk on rough terrain without a problemThere is a rough seam on the back of the heel so without socks they will rub your heals and ankles raw.They run at least 1/2 size big.Over all not a good purchase.

Update: the vendor made contact with concern regarding the sizing issue! The vendor offered to replace the product for the proper size! Although the sizing issue should never of happened, especially twice; i do appreciate the vendors concern and willingnes to correct the issue. The latter deserves a 4 star rating for customer attention.Nice shoe if it fit!. i Ordered a Mens size 9.5. And received a mens 8.5. I checked my order to confirm i requested the 9.5 and i did. Ok i thought... no worries. My friend liked them and they fit so i gifted the 8.5 shoes to her and Ordered agaiin; Shoes arrived in 8.5 size again! Very poor quality control to say the least!

A bit tight around my toes. I normally wear a 9 and need a 9 1/2 with these. The seller has been very responsive in working with me and has since revised their sizing chart to obtain a good fit. This is a good company to work with. You won't be disappointed.

I've worn these hiking four times now. I used the guide to order the correct conversion in men's sizes and wasnt disappointed. Very comfortable and nice.Wore better in cold hiking weather than wet and muddy hiking weather. Not as water proof in very wet areas. Not disappointed with purchase.

We bought 3 pair of these shoes for a family trip. The best ones were the more solid mesh with the higher rubber sole in the back and on the toe. They did not let as much debris in the shoe. All of them were comfortable and would be great shoes if you were using them with intentions of getting your feet wet. My kids wanted to wear socks and not get their feet wet so the open mesh was not popular with them.

My boyfriend really likes these! I bought him two separate pairs of the same style. He says they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn, and the price is great! They are true to size also. My one criticism is that where you would think there would be layers of fabric stitched on, as in the grey area of the shoes of the blue and grey pair, the grey is actually painted on. So it does look a little cheap. But he likes them and I like the price I paid so overall, we are happy!
