Solution to a problem that has plagued me for a while.
Perfect solution to a problem I had trying to thread stranded cable through 8 metres of sleeving at a time using a push/pull rod and tying the strand to the end of the rod only to find halfway through the knot had slipped or gotten jammed.

OK but...
Excellent idea, but didn't realise it only fits 'Super Rod' cable rods, doesn't fit my existing rods. Had to return.
