I decided the curling iron works best for me. I did not open it since the curling iron was perfect. Both are made by the same company so I would recommend it based on how much I love the curling iron. The value is hard to beat, and the size is so great for travel or small storage spaces.

Has all plastic bristles but doesn’t tangle my hair. The handle is easy to grip, and they also include a storage bag and a glove to protect your hand from heat.I think this is good for the price point. It gets hot very quickly, is easy to operate and works well on my short hair.My partner also tried it on his beard, he has thick, wire-y and overall difficult to style hair. This brush actually smoothed and straightened his beard out really well, and he was able to stop the bottom from turning out. He also really liked how simple it is to operate.

But the plug wouldn’t go into the wall outlet!

This is so easy to handle. It heats very quickly and curls really well. It is just the right size for my short hair. The cord has a swivel so it doesn’t get twisted up while using.

I was really hoping this mini heated round brush would work to create easy curls in my hair. I love the portable size of this brush but unfortunately that's all I like about it. I have thick shoulder length hair and tried to add some curl and body to my straight hair. The first 2 segments I tried curled the bottom of my hair only. I couldn't get any body or curl to other parts of my hair, only the ends, which doesn't help me at all. So then I tried to roll and curl up further, almost to my scalp and held for a few seconds. When I tried to unfurl this brush, it wouldn't budge! I could not get my hair out of this! I didn't want my hair to burn so I turned off the brush and unplugged it. I tried to get my hair untangled but ultimately had to call my husband to assist me. Luckily my hair didn't burn and I didn't have to cut my hair out of this thing but it was enough to freak me out and not try this again. I think it's the longer plastic bristles that are on this round brush that tends to hold onto hair, especially longer hair lengths. This may work for those with shorter, thinner hair as there is less to get tangled. I will not be using this again.
