The adhesive is amazing. Like so strong you can't get it off so see where you wanna place it first. It's super easy to install but overall a good product.

This was much needed for the home to prevent fridge and cabinet raids by my kids. No more waking up to frozen ice cream all over floor because kids didn’t seal the door of freezer. No more stale or completely gone snacks. Worth every penny and peace of mind.

I ordered 2 sets and I was able to successfully install 3 out of 4. The first one I went to change the passcode and was able to do so. I clipped the lock end back into the keypad side and the new passcode I inputted wouldn’t unlock it. Neither would the original passcode. Other than that, this product is amazing! Super sticky and easy to use. If you pull the cord too tight when installing, it’s difficult to get it to push back in. I wasn’t able to turn the numbers for the passcode while holding the button so I had to use the key. Which it very well could just be built that way, but the instructions didn’t specify.

I like that these fridge/cabinet locks use a number lock rather than a key. Those keys would get lost so fast. Anyway, it’s easy to install- just make sure you wipe and dry the area where it’s going to stick and make sure there’s enough distance between the cable side and number lock side to prevent it from being too tight where you can’t get it locked. It works well to keep the little kids out of the fridge and my very diabetic elderly mother who just can’t help her self when it comes to overnight snacking. It’s really helped her control her snacking and to bring her blood sugar levels closer to normal, in addition to exercising her more. Drastic yes, and it’s not the hero we want but the hero we need. I’ll definitely buy more if I need to in the future.

These cabinet door locks are great! Although they are labelled for cabinets, we use them for beverage coolers. While it won't keep adults out, it will keep it safe from kids. We put them at the top of the door and around the corner. It is more a deterrent for adults - not worth the hassle, but since it is just "stuck" to the surface, it can be pulled off with some effort. However, the sticky backing is strong and has held up well for over 30 days of daily use. So far, so good.

I like that the lock is easy to install and once installed no one can get into the thing without the lock. But I used both of the packs and I had the same problem. It won’t lock the thing won’t go into the lock so I feel like it is pointless. I thought it would work better using the 2nd one nope same problems. It will not lock so it defeats the purpose of purchase. Now my cabinet is open at work because the piece won’t go into the lock to close. I would not purchase this again. I would recommend purchasing something else for the amount of money your paid for it to work for a week or so.
