These are very tasty and I am happy with this product. I feel like there is a slight aftertaste, but I take other vitamin gummies and its not even nearly as bad as those. I also think that these gummies are a lot easier on my stomach than with folic acid pills. That being said, depending on why you need them, make sure youre getting your blood work done for you doctor. I did end up getting folic acid in a prescription form because while these gummies raised my levels, according to my doctor they werent doing enough. I really think that was just me personally and theyll work fine with someone else.

I definitely recommend these for pregnant women I have waste money on nasty prenatal gummies and these are the best one they taste wonderful no after nasty taste either this is my second bottle will be buying again
