Packaging was inadequate and the body wash leaked badly in transit.
The hand and body wash is really good. But the packaging is very poor. Two bottles arrived in one large envelope. Neither were in a box. With a plunger action, one of the bottles was almost empty, with the envelope smelling strongly of the body wash. Quite simply, the vendor did not package the items adequately.
