It works, but needs improvements.
I like it. It works, but it only has a little room to accommodate the cable. I had to buy an adapter plug to connect my cable from underneath.My suggestion to the manufacturer is to increase the cover depth so that the cables won't be bent against it.

Perfect
I am actually so impressed with this power outlet. I was looking for a junction box for my hot tub area but I came across this and it's perfect. I like that it's like an extension cable and plugs into an outlet. The outlets are nice and large and spaced out so you can use a big GFCI outlet or similar. I love that you can easily access the wires that go to the socket and cable. In my case, I took advantage of this to install a smart switch and power meter right in the socket. It has cutouts and a gasket so you can close the lid on something that's plugged in to protect it from the elements. It also includes some mounting hardware so you can mount this on a wall. Overall I am very happy and this was the perfect addition to my hot tub area.

Great extra plug
Good extra plug to put somewhere outside. I haven't screwed it down because I want to keep it flexible and move if I need to, but perfectly waterproof still. I'm using it to bring power to the back of the house from an outlet that is on the side on my side deck. Plenty long cable reaches. Easy to install.
