Received item but missing the usb port so can’t use it???? So upset this shouldn’t happen

I brought some of these last time for my vehicle and I’ve bought how good they were. I wanted some more.

The Melofo Car LED strip lights are a fantastic addition to any vehicle. With a wide range of colours and lighting modes, they bring a vibrant ambiance to my car's interior. Installing them was a breeze thanks to the strong adhesive, and the remote control makes it easy to adjust settings on the go. The music mode syncs perfectly with my playlists, creating a dynamic light show that adds excitement to every drive. They're not just for cars either; they'd be great for parties or home decor too. Overall, a stylish and user-friendly lighting solution.

I had a little problem with the lights however their customer service is second to none and are endeavouring to rectify my issue

No pun intended, but these are cheap as chips. You get 4 LED strips with 1.3 and 1.8 meter cables that is ample to reach to both under the front footwells as well as the rear, under the driver and passenger seats.I've opted for blue as this is the best I've found, however it's down to your liking. Good range of colours to choose from and the receiver responds pretty well from the remote. It's not an App control one, just in case you were wondering, however I personally prefer the hand held remote as it's more in your control rather than fumbling round the mobile to find the app etc.Installation will always be a tricky one if you don't have a good sound flat surface to adhere this to, however it sticks pretty well if you have a clean smooth surface.I got the USB only version as I have a fairly rigged up motor with plenty of USB ports. I'll be looking to hook this up to my cab light so the lights will turn on when I open the door, with a manual switch too.Materials : good, strong and sturdyWires : long enough and good qualityLEDs : bright enough that can be dimmed and colours changedRemote 7 Receiver : very responsiveSummary, full marks, especially with it priced at £8.99 for the USB version at the time of this review, you can't go wrong.
