Very easy to use. I think it really helps my neck and back. I use it most days to ease my pain. And the infrared heating is a mustI'm 5ft 10 so I think I should have had the longer one

Arrived early not a problem, fine setting up the neck massage is quite powerful but manageable overall it’s good just a bit noisier than I expected have to use it during the day rather than the evening lolxx all good x

This has been brilliant for me. I am in quite a lot of pain in my hip and it has definitely helped. Love the neck massage. Use that function up my wall (still on the bed) with a thin pillow behind. Gets into the areas that needs relaxing. Wished I had bought it earlier. Definitely recommend! Well worth the money.
