They are great , for night time and especially if you don’t have access to one of the great microwave heat packs ! The best thing is you use on the go or not over due it with an electric heating pad that is bad for your blood pressure if used for too long . Great tip , if you’re going somewhere very cold and have pain you get the bonus of keeping warm 😊

I stick one of these on the outside of a T-shirt or a base layer over my lower back. Keeps the muscles warm and flexible. They stay warm for a good eight hours.

🌺Somewhat helpful. I have relied on Thermacare for many years, but they seem to emit less heat and are therefore offer LESS pain-relief than ones I've used in the past. I suffer from fibromyalgia which causes occasional muscle pain, so I still use it then, even though it's NOT AS helpful.

I love this product! The key here is mobility and the removal of all the worries associated with using an electric heating pad. These fit nicely under clothing and last a long time.

I have neck pain, so I need heat pads.... for travel on air plane an also walking on foreing cities you can trust in this pad, really last 12 hours heat. It works for me.

It does help with my pain but I have a hard time keeping it in place. Stays warm for at least 6-8 hours.

I have severe arthritis and ruptured discs. I use these for many areas of my body whenI am in major pain. They help very much!
