Good product
I found this soldering iron to be simple and effective to use. Easy to operate. The tool appears to be well structured. It's worth it. It makes things a lot easier. The product didn't malfunction, and it didn't disappoint. This makes maintenance easier.

Good value for the money.
I was a bit concerned with the quality/design out of the box, plastic handle seemed flimsy, and the black plunger cap wasn't well attached. Handle got hot during use but not too hot to use. I would have liked a heat shield around the heater section, and a few more watts would have been nice. However, it did get the job done removing some rather large power inductors, small components were a breeze.

Amazingly Effective!
Wow! Forget the desoldering braid, this tool does the job much faster and greatly reduces the chance that you'll damage the printed circuit board. It also comes with extra metal tips, a spare heating element, and a simple stand to keep the hot tip off your bench. This is one of those tools you didn't know you needed, but once you have it, you'll wonder why you waited so long to get it.

Pleasantly surprised
This product exceeded my expectations. I’m not new to electronics, but I am new to soldering. I was trying to remove capacitors off of a circuit board for over a week. nothing was working. I found this product and read the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use and got a job done in literally seconds no mess no fuss. I love this product.

welding extractor
This welding extractor heats up well. Sometimes you may think it works poorly, but you should practice with the tips it comes with and choose the one that most closely matches the size of the welding point you are going to remove, and everything will work out well.

Great Tool - Very Glad I Bought This
I replaced two lock relays on my buddy's C5 Corvette door module.Ten joints total on a fairly densely packed board. This tool did a close to perfect job of de-soldering the joints.BTW, the board is coated in some kind of rubbery compound and I was able to do the job right through the coating. Bonus!
