This is great!
I love this creatine. I love that’s it’s micronized so it mixes well with water! So nice! It’s also unflavored so very versatile. Great on its own and in smoothies.

Highest of quality creatine
This is among the highest of quality creatine I've used. Very fine powder like powdered sugar. It mixes well. Fully dissolved in my protein shake which included fruit juice and whey. It does what it's supposed to do. Doesn't come with a scooper which is a bit inconvenient but no biggie. I don't expect a scooper when they come in bags like this. The reason I'm taking off a star is for the price. You can find other creatine of similar quality on Amazon for a bit less so it's a bit lacking on the value department.

This Will Give Xwerks Micronized Creatine Powder A Run For Their Money
Typically, I purchase my micronized creatine powder from Xwerks, but this time I decided to try Complement. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their product, as many companies don't invest much effort into creating superior products. Complement has certainly done so.I've been supplementing with creatine intermittently for several years, and I've noticed that my body reacts differently to various brands and types, such as micronized versus monohydrate. With Complement, I observed quicker gains and was able to skip the loading phase. However, I did experience more bloating with their monohydrate creatine. If you encounter this issue, I recommend starting with half a serving and ensuring you drink plenty of water. One aspect I appreciate about Complement's creatine is how well it mixes. I combine it with pre-workouts, protein shakes, and even orange juice. It has no taste and dissolves efficiently. The bag size is generous, filled to the top, and the product is affordable.Having taken creatine since the late '90s, I've tried nearly every brand available. Typically, I mix my creatine with smoothies. Recently, a friend mentioned he switched brands because his previous one didn't mix well with water. Curious, I decided to test this by mixing Complement's creatine (glass on the right) with another brand's micronized creatine (glass on the left).Immediately after stirring, the micronized creatine appeared cloudy, while Complement's creatine remained clear with only a few particles floating. After settling for a minute, the micronized creatine showed a small amount at the bottom, whereas Complement's creatine had minimal particles. After a quick stir, both dissolved well and were tasteless. In conclusion, Complement's creatine is as good as any other. I rated it four stars mainly because of the packaging. I find bags inconvenient, hard to scoop from, and difficult to seal. Additionally, no scoop is included, though this isn't an issue for me since I have plenty of 5-gram scoops.Complement's creatine contains Creavitalis, a trademarked form of creatine designed for food and health products. It is third-party tested, ensuring high quality. Although it is priced higher than many creatine monohydrate powders, you are paying for peace of mind. Moreover, Complement pledges to provide a meal for a child in need for every order of this product. The powder is clean, white, and fluffy. It is completely tasteless in my protein shakes and mixes superbly.

Very Good Product
I have been taking creatine since the late 90s. Pretty much tried every brand out there. I normally mix my creatine with my smoothies, Then recently talking with a friend who told me he just switched brands because the one he was using did not mix well in water. Huh, you mean just put a scoop in water and stir? "Yup" Well I had never done that so I just decided to try it with this brand just for funzies.I used this brand (glass on the right) and another "Name" brand that has "micronized" creatine.(glass on left)The first photo is immediately after stirring, micronized creatine looks very cloudy, this brand pretty clear, If you look close you can see some particles still floating around.Second photo is after settling for a minute, micronized you can see a small bunch of creatine at the bottom, this brand just a few particles. So for final test I gave them both a quick stir and drank immediately. Both went down well and tasteless in my opinion.I conclude that this brand should be a good as any other. So why only 4 stars? Mainly because of the bag. I find bags are very inconvenient, hard to scoop from and often a pain to seal. Also side note, no scoop included. Not an issue for me since I have a boatload of 5 gram scoops hanging around.

Mixes well
I have been supplementing with creatine on and off for a few years . I have found that certain brands and types ( micronized vs monohydrate ) my body reacts differently too. With this I see a bit more gains faster and I was able to skip the loading phase . I did notice that my body bloats a lot more with this though ( monohydrate )If that happens to you I suggest starting with half a serving . And make sure to drink a lot of water when taking creatine . I do like how this mixes very well , I mix it with pre workouts, protein shakes and orange juice. It has no taste to it and dissolves well. The bag is a great size and it’s filled to the top . It’s also affordable !Overall it does the job !

Simple, but annoyingly packed
The package is very tightly vacuum sealed with zero extra space, which is great for not being wasteful but, worth noting, makes it annoying to use the first many times. I'd suggest you find a large container to store this in, or even just dump it all out into something else.As for the powder itself, it has very minimal flavor so is very easy to mix in with anything else. I'm happy with it overall.

third party tested in the USA, results shown on this listing
This bag provides 60 servings of 5 grams each. I like the powder form for 2 reasons: (1) if you're not able to swallow large capsules, having creatine in powder form is easy, and (2) you can individualize your dose to what works best for you. I'm a smaller person and prefer to keep my daily dose between 3-4 grams.I also like to vacuum seal the bag for later use, and only put a two to four week supply in a mason jar. It's easier to dispense and keeps the remaining saved powder sealed from air and contaminants longer. Am I overdoing it? Maybe! That's just me. :-)Being well-tested in the US for purity and proof this is really and only creatine is important to me. Thanks for publishing the batch test results. It's comforting.
