Breatherapy Pure Essential Oil Aromatherapy Inhalation Tabs, 8-Pack (Calm)

7.22.22~ Was intrigued by wearable aromatherapy.Love woody scents so tried 'Peace' & 'Harmony'.Then got lured in by the juniper in 'Focus' so clicked again.Out of all 3, and multiple wears, here's what I found~Stickiness~* Not so good at sticking to skin with lotion or sweat. Easily falls off* Sticks better to clothes. Almost too well. Fabric pulls when you remove* Best place to "wear" is the back of a phone case or even purse strapScent~* All 3 lasted much longer than the promised 6 hours* Even 24 hours later, scent was still noticeable. Not as strong but still as calming* Scent is so true to nature, a bee landed on my arm looking for pollen (no worries it was a friendly bee. flew off when I blew on him)Scent Specific Notes~ Very layered & shifts in order of listed* Peace ~ Frankincense is very soft, Quickly shifts to Myrrh. Atlas Cedarwood Prominent* Harmony~ Starts very Pacific Coast woods, Shifts to Atlas & Hangs Tough to Patchouli* Focus~ Black pepper is nominal. Lingering sweet of basil & juniper berries. Hint of cardamom spice.Thought Peace would be my fave but it was Focus.None of these really do what they are labeled but they are comforting scents.If you like the last notes more than the 1st, you should find something that works.

My friend is really into aromatherapy and told me about these. Work has been stressful lately and I just needed something to help me relax. Here’s what I’ve noticed so far:- The scent is really nice, and it’s not overpowering.- I do feel calmer when I put one on. The pleasant scent reminds me to take deep breaths.I would get them again and might even try one of the other scents too.

Breatherapy products are SO amazing. My 9-year-old son loves the Sleep tabs. LOVES. He asks for them every night to help him get the best sleep. The tabs are so safe and so easy to use and so incredible. These are way easier to use than our clunky diffuser (that we actually stopped using because it eventually got moldy). The essential oils are pure which means there isn't a bunch of added junk to them which is important since our son loves them and we don't want weird chemicals in products he uses. They stick on his chest or his pillowcase all night and keeps him calm and in a deeper sleep than when he sleeps without them. I love, too, that he can easily take these with him on sleepovers or campouts with friends (no glass vials or other devices needed to reap the benefits of aromatherapy). They're about the size of a quarter and it is really good that he can choose to wear them for any amount of time. But usually, he wears the tab for 8 hours while he sleeps. It's a very innovative idea that I have now embraced myself. I have used the Energy tab for when I workout, the Calm tab when I have anxiety and the Focus tab for when I have my afternoon slump at my computer. I have put tabs on my steering wheel, on my necklace, on my shirt collar and on my laptop screen. They smell so good. It makes me feel good knowing the blends were made by an actual, certified aromatherapist. I didn't know these have been used for years in hospitals with children before surgery to help calm them! I asked my son how many stars I should give my review of the Sleep tabs and he said, "10 stars. Obviously."

I place the scented patch on my pajama top, but can't smell a thing. It simply isn't strong enough.

These are nice but I thought they would be a little stronger. They stick well as long as you clean the area with alcohol first.
