Just what I needed!
I've never done one of these kits, and I feel like I missed out on a lifetime of fun! In light of the current quarantine- I set about to entertain myself.I'm probably about 2/3 way done and I've found that patience is KEY! If you find yourself getting frustrated- set it aside. Walk away, do something else for a bit.First- it's presented in a nice box, everything is bagged and labeled clearly. I wasn't missing anything and actually received a duplicate bag of the one with the tweezers, battery pack and light in it. When I saw that, I was like great... I'm going to be missing another bag of pertinent items. No, just a dupe. The quality of the pieces is pretty decent. The printed paper pieces are very nice quality prints for paper images. There are a lot of paper bits you have to cut glue together with additional supplied wire and such.As for the directions? Well- that's a mixed bag. I found the most frustrating part was assembling the garden steps. I knew how it needed to be constructed.I understood the how and why and the end goal. But trying to visualize the odd pieces upside down, which is how they have you assemble it (the piece, not you, unless you're a bat?) . It was a bit awkward. Having the paper pieces for the steps already cut and folded helped that process and allowed me to visualize it more correctly. But I had to tear apart the steps twice. Honestly there is probably a dozen ways those steps could have been designed for easier assembly. The photos in the directions are very small and somewhat vague. It would have been more helpful on the steps and other assembled parts to have a more "exploded diagram" view instead of a vague image.I also found the presentation of the measurements for cutting the solid papers and wires very convoluted. I don't know if it was just the way it was laid out on the paper, or it being so small... or what. It's not hard at all.My takeaways: (for anyone new to this stuff like me)1.) Get some spring loaded detail scissors, it greatly helps the hand fatigue on cutting out all the flowers. I have a small pair of Fiskar spring loaded scissors.2.) don't be afraid to substitute or think outside the box.3.) If you ruin the paper piece- don't worry. It's nothing that paint, nail polish, scrapbook paper, or Google mini printables won't fix.4.) MEASURE TWICE/ CUT ONCE! Great time to learn metric. lol5.) I used both Aleene's original Tacky glue (gold bottle) and the Fast Grab version. I found the included glue to be too stringy.6.) The included tweezers are fine, but I have a pair of detail tweezers that have a very fine tip and are curved. Very handy. My changes: 1.) I wrapped all the wire for the gate with brown floral tape (before I cut and bent anything). It makes it look chunkier, more rustic. My main reason was to make it easier to glue and also paint. I actually liked the look, instead of painting the tape (which has a little tacky feel to it) I sprayed with clear sealer. It was SO MUCH EASIER TO GLUE together than just the wire! Definitely a preference.2.) I painted the steps and the main base, covered with ballast and static grass (courtesy of my husband the miniature nerd) I think it added a lot to it.3.) I also painted the little flanking fence pieces a little. Beefed up the contrast and made it look better. I just used some acrylic paints.4.) Regarding any paper or cardboard cut outs. I took an alcohol marker(you could use a Sharpie or something) in neutral or similar color and edged everything. It takes the starkness out of the white edge of the paper and makes it look more polished IMHO.I think that's it for now. Once I'm finished, I will post a photo and update. I have enjoyed this project so much. I'm kinda surprised it's gone together so well. Keeps me from tuning into the news all day while at home during quarantine. I've been chipping away at it for several days now. It'll probably take me another week to finish it to my liking.

I enjoyed this craft a lot
I had so much fun putting this together. I used my own artificial flowers though and added my owner little touches. Very therapeutic.

Product depiction heavily photoshopped, heavy modification will be needed
I decided to take a chance on the companies least expensive kit. I am glad I decided to start out at the low end of the scale. The kit comes with all the parts, and some aspects are of higher quality than I expected (the light). However, almost everything you see is paper which is used to coat almost everything or modified to represent what you see. This is only a problem due to the paper being printed on one side using the lowest setting from an at home printer. This is a generous assessment. You would most likely have had a better resolution by downloading a similar package from Etsy. I am honestly shocked at the low quality paper and resolution. Even the flowers are one sided. It is such a low cost way to increase the quality of the product! The directions are basically pictograms with a lower quality than what is memed to ridicule Ikea.Pros: This is a kit which can be considered beginner friendly and does provide some easy entry basic pieces. I would consider the way you hand form the gate to be an example of this.Cons: The paper with which you cover 90% of the kit is garbage. The resolution is a joke and the paper is of a lower quality than you receive free as a promotion from Office Max. You will want to paint the offside of your flowers and foliage prior to assembly. Unless you are ok with only viewing your creation from certain angles.tl:dr If your more concerned with price or want an extremely entry level model this may work for you. However, I will not be purchasing another product from this company after seeing how they cut corners with the resolution of the paper used for about 90% of the product. If you are planning to heavily modify this model it may work, but do not expect to achieve even 70% of the quality depicted.

Nice little kit!
This kit went together nicely, though I did have to sand the frame openings a bit to fit. The instructions for the flowers are not always clear enough, but I was able to use my experience to figure them out. The clay that came with the kit was hard, so I had to use my own clay. I also make some extra plants to fill in some spaces a bit. I have made several room/scene kits, and this one went together better than most of them. I wouldn't call it a beginner kit. Some experience is helpful.

Wonderfully FUN Kit
I have to admit when the kit first arrived (it came FAST!) I was a bit overwhelmed at the amount of stuff in the box. That being said, once I went thru the book to make sure all the pieces were there I just started from the beginning. I did take some artistic license as I knew what I wanted as its a gift for a dear friend, but it had so much to offer in every way! It had every thing you needed to make everything shown in the picture. And I am sure for someone younger the tiny things would be easy BUT having arthritic hands I found I was unable to do some of the really little items. So I improvised. I am more than pleased with how it turned out! I definitely intend to buy many more of these kits-THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY! They are well made, very colorful, and come with everything. The only con I found- I did prefer using Aleene's glues for this project. The quick dry and fast grab worked perfectly! Whomever designed these kits-THANK YOU!!

Difficult
This looked to be super cute and fun to do! I love detail work so I thought it’d be a good distraction. I was clearly wrong, lol! The directions are not good at all and the glue is worthless. This is very hard and I will continue on as It was suppose to be a gift for a friends housewarming but we shall see!

YOU make tiny paper flowers by hand.
It is a very nice kit but.... as it was represented, I did not know the flowers have to be made by hand out of the paper. Everything you need except nimble fingers!!!

Not easy
I have made many of these kits. This one is harder because you have to make all the flowers, but once the flowers are made and you see what they look like I was very pleased. Make sure you have good glue, theirs was too stringy. Time and patience will get you through it.

Great!
Included glue and tweezers - necessary for this build. Quality pieces and relatively Lear instructions. Already looking for another from this brand to build.
