The media could not be loaded. I regret purchasing the Longway Blender. The first time I used it, the blender started emitting smoke within seconds. This is incredibly concerning for an appliance that’s supposed to be used in the kitchen.I followed the manual and used it for a basic task, but the burning smell and visible smoke from the motor area were shocking. I had to stop using it immediately out of fear that it might catch fire.This is what is expected from a unknown brand like Longway. The quality control seems to be severely lacking, and it’s unacceptable to sell products that pose a safety risk.I cannot recommend this blender to anyone. It’s unreliable and dangerous. I recently purchased this grinder, and it has been a huge disappointment from the start. where motor start heating very fast. The overall build quality is shockingly poor, with flimsy materials that feel like they'll break apart any moment.It overheats quickly, and I fear it won't last much longer.

After using it for a while: the jars are leaking while using the blender so all the substance is leaking into the blender motor. Not a good product at all, not worth your money.As soon as we received the product, we prepared Mango Milk Shake. The Longway bullet mixer grinder is so fast and we prepared the milk shake in just 3 mins. Also is on only when the jar is inserted in correct position. We love this product in terms of safety and speed. Kudos to longway Team...!!!!
