Edible, but a little dry and crumbly
Compared to a regular hot dog the texture is completely off, it is too dry and crumbly. I prefer the big frank product from loma linda in terms of something more hot dog like. Otherwise it is perfectly edible, and if you like drier more crumbled food, think lean ground pork, then this is perfect for that.

We had not tried Superlinks before this-
We do love Big Franks and Linketts once in awhile. These are similar, a bit larger diameter and slightly different flavor. The texture is a bit different as well, coarser I think.. After having a few as a snack and as kraut dogs for dinner, they grew on us!Good value, as we ordered the large 96oz can and froze servings of 4 ea w/the sauce in ziplock bags for later use-they keep well for 6-9 months, if airtight!Fast delivery and free S/H makes for a Thumbs Up!

Flavor, texture and moisture.
The flavor and texture mild/dry. I bought this product years ago when the company was owned by Worthington. Changed recipe? Would like to obtain the original product. Pls let me know. Thanks.
