Unfortunately none of starters survived. A couple of them looked half dead when I received them but I was hoping the roots would still take. I will purchase from a local nursery next time.

Don’t take away the rockwool and place the top of rockwool right above the ground.

2 plants arrived dead. I email the company and said take pictures I did and semt the in. The plant didn’t come to life. The others are all healthy. They look healthy but dead now.

Being a layperson, the difference between a plug and bare root escapes me. One difference is that rock wool pads are on the roots. These are part of the root system and should not be removed.The plugs came in good condition with 3-5 stems each that were 3-5” in length. All were growing.I read the instructions and watched the video. They were of little use as they were instructions for bare root plants. I brought that to the attention of the seller but instructions haven’t changed to date.The plugs were in good condition. Without viable instructions, I just tried to plant them as close as possible to the pictures in the Amazon posting. We’ll see how they do.
