This has some beneficial ingredients and I like that it's only the 4 organic ingredients plus organic vegetable glycerin and water. There are no unnecessary fillers or questionable ingredients. For instance I already take vitamins and from experience too much of certain vitamins are not a good thing. (I'm talking to you Niacin!)I like the quality of the glass bottle and how easy it is to use without any mess.The taste is not bad and has a pepperminty flavor.I already take Ashwagandha since it helps me relax and sleep more restfully. It is an amazing herb. However, I do wish they would itemize the amount of each ingredient since there is no way of knowing how much Ashwagandha there is per serving.Performance wise, I'm not sure this has helped much in regards to focus and energy but I have health issues that cause my low energy so it might just be me. Especially since no 'energy' supplements I've taken have helped much. And I've tried a lot. But I'll keep taking it daily and maybe in time I'll notice a difference.

Peppermint Leaf, as the seller also asserts, is used to ameliorate digestive discomfort and also freshen the breath. Peppermint especially has many benefits rooted in scientific fact.By all appearances, the ingredients in the Drop rx Boost Supplement have been very thoughtfully chosen to aid in relieving stress and generally, boosting “Chi,” the energy current that runs through our bodies. This isn’t the first liquid supplement I’ve ordered from Drop rx; I am a devotee of natural medicine, and as such, it’s obvious to me that Drop rx’s approach to wellness and healing is in alignment with those cultures and philosophies from which their tincture formulations are derived. Keep in mind that herbal supplements don’t typically have an immediate effect, and that when they do, it can be subtle.The Drop rx Boost liquid drops are a translucent brown color and have a very pleasant peppermint flavor with a subtle sweetness. The seller’s suggestion is to administer it sublingually and I can’t image anyone having trouble with the flavor. No added sweetener is listed in the ingredients, so I am curious where it comes from; the only other ingredients listed are vegetable glycerin and RO water.The liquid is delivered in a quality, white glass medicine bottle. The suggested dosage is 1ml/day, which is one full pipette. Drop rx says that all of the ingredients are organic, non-GMO, made in the USA, and that the Boost supplement has been Physician formulated; a sound provenance. I like the company and I like their philosophical approach to wellness.

I really wanted to feel benefits from this, but the times I've used it I haven't noticed anything. I might have to actually take this daily, as directed, for benefits, but I don't want to have to take something daily since I have days where I don't think I need this.If you're fine with taking this daily then I think you should give it a whirl, but it's not for me.On a good note, it doesn't taste bad.

The drops really TASTE GREAT and are a definite addition to my day to day routine. The drops YES, really do things like Increase Motivation and Improve your Focus and Sustain ENERGY. The drops have some REALLY GOOD HEALTHY INGREDIENTS and the ingredients are clearly listed on the package and the 60ml / 2 FL OZ bottle. Also the bottle holding the Boost drops is GLASS which keeps the Boost Drops safe and CLEAN FROM CONTAMINATION from the outside environment *Note: Please be careful and remember that the Boost Drops bottle is glass although the bottle is actually surprisingly quite strong but be safe always. I don't like the flavor, and honestly didn't feel anything.

This liquid supplement tastes fairly pleasant and it has a good mix of ingredients. It's very easy to take. I hold it under my tongue for 30 seconds or so before swallowing. It comes in a nice looking bottle and seems to be good quality overall.

I keep trying herbal supplements to see if I can boost my energy. I did feel as though I had more energy after about 5 days of use...but, I still am not sure if it was due to this supplement or that second cup of coffee I had that day. In any case, I can confirm that there were no bad reactions to this supplement. It did NOT bother my stomach or affect my digestion...so, I would say that it is worth a try since there was NO downside for me. The flavor was good. If nothing else, using a natural herbal supplement might help boost your happiness!

Great price for an organic blend. I think the ingredients could be more concentrated, but I do feel a boost when I take these. Finished the bottle and would consider purchasing more. Also tastes good, slightly sweet and the peppermint is refreshing.
