Received partially damaged. May have been during manufacturing process as wood frame was split in seating area where screw is attached. Email manufacturer no response still 6 weeks later. But it does look nice!

Poor quality
We bought this bench in early March. Less than 3 months later and with very few uses it had a crack in the arm, one on the back, and one in the bench. The back and bench are on opposite sides. For over $400 I expected this to last more than 2 1/2 months.
