I like that installation wasn't that difficult.I dislike that there is no troubleshooting manual included for the back up camera, or online videos.I have had to order 3.1st one no sound on right side speakers2nd fuzzy, multiple images with back up camera.Let's see if the 3rd order works.Received the 3rd replacement and I still can't get sound from the rear right speaker in my car, and the back up camera will not have any signal and when it works I get multiple images.Either it's software updates missing for CANBUS 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen or the back up cameras or harnesses are all defective.

Works perfectly. Connects to your phone with ease. And it sounds just as good as the stick radio but Definitely an upgrade in visuals. Plug and play easy install and fit perfectly. Good price

This thing does not work! I paid $203 for it. The radio does not work, the bluethooth is aweful. People cannot hear me. They hear road noise. I disconnected it and reconnected. Still does not work.Tried everything to no avail.It's poorly made!Do not waste your money!

Installed this in my VW Jetta, and it’s a huge improvement! Screen’s bright, touch response is smooth, and it handles CarPlay like a champ. GPS works well, and the Bluetooth setup was simple. Only downside: took a bit to fit everything in the dash, but it’s worth it for the features you get.

Radio will not turn off. Take key out and radio stays powered. Checked can, it reading the car and all, but doesnt turn off. Backup camera isnt working either. Spent 8hrs working on it to get nowhere... Gona take it out and send it back

The install was easy enough using instructions. Functionality is great, a good bright and a great upgrade to the stock unit.
