This cream really helped with some of my symptoms, especially helped with sleep. There is quite a bit in the bottle too, which sometimes these bottles have deceptively little product in them, but I havent run out yet. It seems to be a gentle support for hormonal imbalance and I have had any issues with this.

I don't need to use this yet, based on the results of my FSH test, especially because the warning on the bottle advises that this product exposes me to progesterone (which apparently is cancer-causing), but I will use this when it's necessary. I like most of the ingredients and don't feel like anything is unnecessary. I also like that there is no added perfume or fragrance. There is a faint scent, but it's clearly not added, and is vaguely pleasant. This seems to be manufactured in the States, although again it's one of those "distributed by" situations instead of a Made In The USA icon. But I still feel like this is something I will try when needed.

This was a substitute for the normal cream that I normally use daily, and I was happy to discover that there was no issues with trying a different brand. Sometimes I question the quality and veracity of natural type supplements, but this seems to be truthful with it's advertising, and I like that a dose is a smaller amount of cream, so you don't need to slather from head to toe.

I use estriol for improved hormones and overall health. This cream comes in an easy to pump bottle and it applies to the skin with ease. It absorbs well and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy after application. It hasn't caused any negative effects so far.

I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to be using this before seeing results but I've been using it a month and there haven't been any changes yet. I have several symptoms of perimenopause and I was hoping to see some relief in those symptoms primarily the hot flashes. I have been alternating this on the thighs and inner elbows. The lotion absorbs very quickly and doesn't leave any residue behind which is nice but the lack of changes has me wondering if this works or if I just need to use it for a length of time longer than a month to see results.

I am menopausal and am using this cream in hopes of reducing some of my symptoms such as hot flashes and interrupted sleep. So far my symptoms are reduced but not fully disappeared. I am still pleased with the results because I did not expect much in the beginning. I will continue to use it and see if there are any further improvements over time.

YikesThis little bottle is expensive but look a what we pay for skin care. This will help you more than most of those things. I think I'm just past being premenopausal. I had a hysterectomy years ago but kept my ovaries. I still wanted to try this estradiol and see if it did anything. I use a halfA pump for now. That's half a MG. I haven't noticed any difference yet but i don't get asmany hot flashes for over a year now so itshard to say.Absorbs nicely into the skin.

Edit: Unfortunately the oils in the cream went rancid within a month of opening this even though the date on the expiration sticker was in 2027. It was good while fresh but now just smells too stale to use.Good quality estriol cream in a convenient pump. Seems to work well.
