Tried 2 other supports before a nurse recommended this one. No support is ever going to feel truly comfortable but this tops anything else I've tried. Robust, infinitely adjustable and gives good support and comfort when using. Careful with sizing: I never thought I'd be XXL but was right so don't buy too small. Velcro means greater support but give yourself a minute or so going through airport security (as I found out)!No other drawbacks as far as I'm concerned. Rate of improvement makes me consider if I now need knee op (though probably will).

Good sturdy support without being uncomfortable. I am able to wear it for longer periods than some of the other supports I have bought. Straps are long so easy to fix comfortably if you have slightly larger legs! Has made a great difference and I feel secure when wearing it.

Somehow managed to buy the wrong size, PhysioRoom were great. Agreed a return immediately and when I suggested I order the larger one and they credit the original they agreed again instantly and the new one arrived even faster. The product does exactly what it is supposed to do, the straps secure it well and it gives great stability. I found it worked wearing it on the outside of my clothing as well as under. PhysioRoom will be my first port of call if I need similar products in future

i bought this physioroom elite hinged knee brace acl support as id had full muscle reconstruction with a metal bolt through my knee back on 23rd dec as i thought it would help got the delivery really quick so i opened it up and found that the xxlarge size was to small the stays on the sides of the support did not go by my knee and the circular thing that goes over your knee also did not go over the centre of my knee so that was a waste of my money if i was able to use the shock doctor knee support i used to use in karate and the karate tournaments i deffo would not of bought this item but im not able to use me shock doctor knee support so im now waiting on the delivery of theDonjoy Telescoping Cool TROMTM - Elite Ligament. and hope this will fit as i wont be very happy at spending nearly £124 for another bit of rubbish all i would say is AVOID BUYING THE PHYSIOROOM ELITE HINGED KNEE BRACE

Best product ever. I dislocate both knees and have severe damage to one one including a torn ACL. Sometimes the pain is unbearable and I cant walk so have to have days off work. Until I found this! I put it on in the morning with ease. It's a bit fiddly at first but after a few times it's easy. It's so comfortable I dont realise I have it on and sometimes forget to take it off. It's not very comfortable to sleep in if you lye on your side. It works and relieves the pain which painkillers do not do on their own. I've had the one for 3years and even washed it numerous times still as good as new. I've just purchased 2 more so I have one to wear one to wash. Highly recommend to buy. Best product ever than many other braces I've tried.

Does exactly what its meant to. Bit uncomfortable after a while but a good support brace

Looks like a really solid and supportive braxe. I've ordered this brace twice however in size XXLarge and both times I've received size Small. I've had the hassle of having to send this product back both times now and I'm just going to buy a different brace.

Suite à une pose de parquet, je me suis bléssé au genou, et mon doc m'a conseillé une genouillère qui s'adapte à toutes les tailles, celle-ci est excellente et recommandé par plusieurs personnes, sur amazon, il y a la critique mais moi j'adore, confortable, se pose en 2 secondes sur pantalon ou en dessous, avec charnière pour le mouvement.. Achetez la en pharmacie et on compare !!! Le prix est juste dans mon budget, c'est cool...
