Dissolves well and is flavorless mixed on drinks. I believe it is effective as my nails are stronger so I hope my bones are too. I find it to be priced fairly and is of good quality. Comes with a sheet in it to keep it dry and from clumping.

I mix it in with my protein shake. Too soon to tell if it has helped my bones though my nails feel a bit stronger. I love the taste. I wish it weren't so expensive.

I really like this product. The flavor is good and I really like the ingredients. But I have had two bags now that the powder has leaked. I contacted Amazon CS regarding a shipment where the powder had leaked all out of the bag. The replacement they sent me had the same issues, but not as much powder was lost. Please repackage this powder. It is a great product. But having the powder leak everywhere is a deal breaker.

I wrote a long review explaining how well it worked but for some reason it wasn't approved (maybe because I talked about my medical history). This product helped me to increase my density bone and I mix it with their product for skin, which helps with my skin, hair and nails.

As a middle aged woman I'm hoping that this will help me with bone density. I have not had any scans before taking or after taking so I cannot tell if it has had any direct effects but I’m hoping it helps.
