Works every time! Relieves electric shock-type pain in seconds.
One precaution: You have to apply with nitrile-type gloves or THOROUGHLY WASH YOUR HANDS after applying. Any incidental contact of hands with your eyes will be excruciating if not completely clean.

Great for hot tingling feet
My mom gave me a bottle and I never needed it. I developed neuropathy a couple of years ago. One night I was awaken with pin sticking pain in my feet. It also felt like my toe nails were falling off. I got the lotion out of my medicine bag rubbed it on my feet and slept painless for the rest of the night. I was so excited to get my package early, however, perplexed it came in a Walmart box.
