Dashboard is very basic. Quite difficult to choose programs. Live info display not good. Speed and incline control buttons are very cheap.2. Pulse monitor doesn't work most of the time.3. No app connectivity or Bluetooth.It's like a ambassador car, basic features but built strong. I've read several model reviews and I'd say at this price range this is really unbeatable. I recently visited stayfit showroom and I was surprised to find treadmills of comparable size and features were double the price!The installation person visited in a couple of days and helped move it upto second floor. After a quick demo, it was ready to use. I refill the lubricant (purchased from Amazon) every month as instructed. We use it almost an hour everyday. Looking at the way it's performing over the last 2 months, I hope it'll be a trouble free and less maintenance equipment.A better dashboard would have been amazing. It's quite hard to set the right speed and incline quickly due to the weird buttons. And the programs are quite useless. The heartbeat sensor almost never worked for me.Despite all these, I am thinking it's a good investment. Customer care follows through in WhatsApp. It's a trouble free solid product and a great price, so I recommend it for the value it provides.

The product packaging is perfect very good and installation is also easy and simple. The part I liked the best is its performance and build quality. The metal part are well polished and painted, the plastics part also looks wonderful. The size of the belt is perfect, and the machine is foldable and can be moved easily while cleaning. I boult the multifunction Bronco and two light weight dumbells were also provided even though it was not mentioned in the site. The customer support is also very good, and same was shipping and packaging. As a whole, considering constant customer support, build quality and performance, I think a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ rating is necessary for this product.

Awesome treadmill, fully automatic , multi function comes with massager, music system and with two dombles each of 1kg weight. Packaging was good, installation is very easy.Using from last 1 year.

I purchased this product in April 2023 but it stopped working within a year in Mar 2024, just before the warranty expired. Their technician came to see the defect an said that the PCB & Motor have stopped working and needs to be replaced. It's been almost 3 months now. I haven't received the spares and neither have the company provided me any update. Everytime, I've to search a new contact person as they always stop attending calls after you call them twice. It's been the worst buy on Amazon and would request everyone not to go for thid brand. Amazon should discontinue the sale of this brand products.

This product is good with good support service. It has decent motor which is cost effective and create less noise. Overall nice for normal usage.
