Great for Breadmaking Too!
I've been making pizza dough from sourdough discard and this pizza peel has been fantastic for pulling out the pizza easily and without any mess. I've used it for baking sourdough bread as well. The oven is at such high temps for sourdough so having a longer handle has been great so my face isn't needing to be as close to the inside of the oven when pulling out the bread. I also like that it came with a pizza cutter. This has been a nice little addition to my baking process!

Wish it was better Quality
This pizza peel is just not the quality I was hoping for. The main issue I've had with this tool is that the nut and bolt holding the wooden handle to the paddle do not tighten enough, and the aluminum part moves side to side (doesn't stay in place).

Nice pizza peel for frozen pizzas or small homemade
I have a wooden pizza peel that I've used for years but sometimes if the cheese or crust has adhered to the pizza stone or oven grating during the cooking process (I vary cooking method based on type of pie), I find it hard to get the wooden peel under the pizza. That's where a thin, aluminum peel like this comes in.The peel comes disassembled, but putting together couldn't be easier. Just unscrew the thumbscrew on the wooden handle, put the metal paddle on, and finger screw it tight, that's it. Instructions say you can loosen and turn the handle inwards for storage but I think that would be more pain than it's worth. The wood handle feels sturdy, and the metal paddle also feels sturdy, I would not be afraid of the paddle bending and dropping my pie onto the floor. Not dishwasher safe but cleaning should be a breeze. The only knock I have is the pizza cutter that comes with it - as you can see from the pic, it is about half the diameter of the 12" peel, which makes cutting a 12" diameter (or bigger) pie more of a chore. I'd rather have seen them include a larger cutter or none at all, I think the cutter would only be good for a small personal sized pizza.

Love it!
I always used to burn myself getting a pizza out of my oven. I decided to buy this pizza paddle because it folds for storage. It’s perfect for me.

Really Nice
Tried out the peel and it was amazing. I had very low expectations.Made a 12 inch pizza crust on a wood cutting board using cornmeal to keep the dough from sticking. The crust called for being partially baked before the toppings, so slid the peel under the crust and it began to slip right onto the peel. However, once getting half way, the crust started moving on the board, so had to give the peel a few quick pushes to get it underneath the entire crust. Opened the oven to reveal a preheated stone and glided the crust onto the stone. again, to get it to move, needed to give a few quick tugs. After a few minutes, removed the crust and put it back onto the cutting board to do sauce and toppings. Then back into the oven and onto the stone with a similar technique. After baking was done, it was even easier to retrieve the finished pizza and put it on the back side of the cutting board. Main thing is to get a bit of small fast moves to get it to slide properly. Then used the cutter that came with the peel. It is a bit small compared to the big ones in a pizza shop, but I'm not making loads of pizza. In 2 or 3 rocking motions of the cutter, you are the whole way across the pizza. So much better than those cutting wheels that drags the cheese.Immediate clean up was a breeze for both.I thought the bolted on handle with the folding option would be an issue, but it was not. The handle interlocks adequately with the peel for the task of dealing with a pizza, never moved. Fyi, the stone is 12x14 so the peel with a 12 inch round pizza was perfect.
