Q: Does it need to be refrigerated after opened it has an awful smell now is this normal?

Hello- I've never refrigerated it, and the bag lasts FOREVER.. I just close it tightly with a chip clip. I've also never noticed a bad smell.. Sorry.

Farmina has an e-shop and will ship anywhere in the continental united states for $4.99 and free shipping over $49.00. I just shop on amazon sometimes for convenience and faster shipping, but if i have time i go to farmina website and use that to portal to the eshop. Hope this helps

Q: Is this low fat food as well as low fiber?

I would say since it contains pumpkin that's a no to low fiber. This is however a quality kibble and my picky chihuahua mix loves it. Promotes good BM's also.

Q: Is this product grain free?

On the back of the bag it says 0% grains
