Worked well in fixing a drawer with a failed soft-close mechanism. Could probably have got away with only using one magnet in the middle of the drawer, rather than one on each side.

The media could not be loaded. This works by glue only in the box, unless you get some spare screws and drill, you glue the product to cuboards and wait 72 hours, unfortunately, I need ones with screws, I saw the holes and thought well it has to come with some screws too right? Nope you only get glue and the magnets with a guide. It is easy to use, it couldn't be more simple. The problem is I need to use screws as well. So I took a star off for not including the scews where there are holes in these brackets for.When it comes to magnets use screws as well as adhesives, the trick is to use a thin layer of adhesive in the middle of the plate, then stick it on, and press a bit, don't make a mistake and realise you've made that mistake after 72 hours have passed. I had to find some screws for my one, used it on a cuboard that wouldn't close properly. Good product because the magnets are godly strong, I wouldn't be surprised if you just used the adhesives, and somewhere down the road they come off over time, just because of the strength of the magnet pulls.I found the best method, after following the guide in the product video, make sure nobody opens up the cuboard for the duration, then when it's ready to open, get 4 screws and drill them through the holes of the plates, you've now sealed it for life.There are 4 plates total in this bag, 2 with magnets and 2 just metal which attracts them, there should be enough glue to do all of them, the glue should be supplied in the bag. for 8 quid I would have expected screws also in the bag.

These magnets have decent enough strength for keeping cupboards or the like shut, unless they are particularly heavy. Be aware this type of magnetic catch always feels far far stronger in hand than when attached to a door so don’t be put off thinking they are too strong.No screws are provided but I’m fine with that as the type of screws thrown in with items like this are usually very low quality so I would use my own anyway. Using stainless steel screws makes life a little easier but using steel screws will be fine as the magnets are not that strong. A little tube of ‘Seccotnie’ otherwise known as ‘Sealant Fix’ superglue is included in leu of the usual double sided sticky pads. I’ve not used the glue - much like I wouldn’t have used double sided sticky pads - as I’m not convinced either are really up to the job long term. I appreciate some materials you will have no choice but to use the glue, but if you can I recommend fitting these with decent length screws. The cure time of the glue is 48-72 hours, a couple of little stickers are provided to hold things in place whilst drying, but you may want to lay whatever you are gluing these to flat, or find some other way of clamping to ensure these don’t slide before the glue is set.These are a touch expensive at £8 for two and came in an unnecessary number of plastic bags - three in total - but are good quality.

I use these on a dolls house door to replace catches, they work much better and blend in.
