This is not made out of 304 stainless so you should not expose to direct rain. If you have overhead cover or cover you island I would highly recommend it for the price it is very well made

I purchased four stainless steel doors for my outdoor kitchen in April, spending over $700 total. They stayed in my home unboxed until July, and while they initially looked fantastic, I'm now extremely disappointed. It's the beginning of September, and these doors are already showing signs of surface rust.I specifically designed the openings in my kitchen to fit these doors, expecting stainless steel to be durable and rust-resistant. They are installed under an overhang, so they are not exposed to direct sunlight or rain—only the moisture in the air. I've been cleaning them regularly with a stainless steel cleaner/protectant, but it hasn't prevented the rust from appearing.Has anyone else experienced this? I'm now considering paying to have them painted, which seems ridiculous considering they’re supposed to be stainless steel. Shouldn't stainless steel last for years without rusting? My stainless steel sinks don't have this problem. I expected much better quality for the price I paid.

The product comes with virtually no directions. Cut out specification on the website were almost a full inch off on cut out. I had to reframe and cement board the opening again after it arrived as I pre-made the cutout off the schematic. The product does not have any pre drilled holes, Stainless is very difficult to drill even with the correct bits. The lip on the cabinet once installed does not extend long enough to mount at all from sides or rail at all. You have to drill out the plate to grab the steel of the supports in the island. Manufacture needs to predrill, extend lip of the door and drawers another full inch to make if work better.

No holes in unit to attach to frame work. Couldn’t find a bit to drill it out ruined 3 bits. Stainless does not like to be drilledGlued it in, hope I don’t have to remove it

I liked the way it looked

Put In a new outdoor kitchen install. Decent but you need a short paper towel roll to be able to close the door. The one edge was a bit dented but was able to be bent back by hand. Would be better if the inside had holes to put anchors into the frame of the kitchen too.

Used for outdoor patio. So far, so good.
