I bought this and it was very uncomfortable and hard to adjust. I returned it.

I am 6'6 1/2" tall so there are plenty of things in the world that don't fit me all that well and unfortunately this is going to be one of them. However, despite not being a perfect fit, there is a lot good to say about this product and I suspect for someone more average sized this product would be outstanding.PROsFirst and foremost there is a lot of support for the back. I can feel this helping to hold me straight. The brace is really easy to put on and the straps are very easy to adjust, however, they are strong and don't let go at every bend or stoop. Overall, the brace is comfortable, however, when wearing it on a hot day it really doesn't breath all that well. Thus, for gardening or hot weather work, this may not be ideal, but for going to the store or doing some work around the house this brace really helps to ensure good posture and helps my back not ache. I think it is also training me to not slouch as much which being as tall as I am tends to be a bad habit. I also want to point out that the instructions were simple and easy to follow which I appreciated.CONsThis doesn't work as well for tall people. The lower strap for me isn't around my waist -- it is more across my belly. That isn't ideal nor as comfortable as it could be. Further, the amount of lower back support is diminished because of this. The brace really doesn't breath all that well, so with longer wear and especially outdoors I found my back getting hot. Unfortunately, that is also the time where the most support would be helpful, however, I did find other times that I know my back would have been reminding me of bad habits and this brace was really helpful like carrying in groceries.

Most back braces don’t actually help with posture and doesn’t help with pressure points but this works very well definitely recommend

This product runs a bit smaller than size chart it was too tight around abdomen

Sitting at a desk all day was wreaking havoc on my posture and lower back. This back brace has made a world of difference! It encourages me to sit up straight and provides gentle but effective support. It’s comfortable enough to wear throughout my workday, and I no longer end the day with an aching back. A great investment for anyone with a sedentary job!

I recently bought this posture corrector for my back pain and overall posture improvement, and it’s been quite helpful so far. Here’s why I’m giving it 4 stars:The brace provides excellent support for both the upper and lower back, which has noticeably helped with my posture and reduced discomfort. The adjustable straps are easy to use and the breathable mesh material makes it comfortable to wear, even for longer periods.However, the fit could be better. As a tall person, the lower strap sits a bit higher on my abdomen rather than my waist, which isn't ideal. It also gets a bit warm during extended use, especially on hotter days.Overall, it’s a good product that effectively supports and improves posture. I’ll update this review if anything changes with continued use.

I was worried that wearing a back brace would be bulky and uncomfortable, but this one proved me wrong. It’s lightweight, fits well under my clothes, and doesn’t restrict my movements. The support it provides for my lower back is amazing, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my posture. It’s become an essential part of my daily routine!

First, it barely fits. Large is more like a medium. Second, the straps, even after adjustment, provide no force on pulling the shoulders back. Third, it has an unpleasant plastic smell.It seems to have been designed for much smaller people
