Very comfortable and easy to wear

These good-looking slippers are very sturdy yet comfortable. They feel heavy when first unwrapped, but they are exactly what we needed. We have solid, cold floors downstairs, and like to pop out into the garden to fetch mail, put the rubbish bags out etc etc. My husband gets Restless Legs Syndrome if his feet get cold, we have tried other slippers but they either fell off his feet frequently or else were just not warm and strong enough. These stay put and we think that the size we chose is the right one, but we're taking a few days to make sure! (Will update this if I can later.) I would highly recommend these very well made slippers for anyone wanting strong, comfy, insulating indoor footwear.

I have had these slippers a while now and feel I can give a fair review of my experience. They are pretty warm and comfortable and not bad as far as slippers go. However there is one problem.... the sole of the slippers isn't very rubbery....its closer to flexible plastic. In itself it's no big problem as the slipper flex and are comfortable underfoot. The problem comes on stairs. On two occasions the slippers have slipped out from under me and I have slid down the entire length of the stairs on my arse! Not very dignified and not very safe.The sole of slippers don't have much grip at all. I am going to bin these when next winter comes round, despite there being lots of wear left in them. They just aren't worth the risk!

I've now been wearing these for about 4 months and are still my daily go-to slipper. They have quite a thick hard sole - so great for me in my house with hard floors and rough carpet in the hallway, plus quick trips outside to the bin - but I do take them off if lying on the bed or sitting on the sofa. Inside the slipper is warm and comfy, they're well made and I hope to be wearing them for at least another 4 months!

I hated wearing slippers as a kid, rebelled as a teenager and as a grown up I love them. After being on my feet all day, I WANT to don my slippers when I get home. The problem is, I go through so many pairs.Sweaty, bare feet touching the inside of the slipper makes them smell. No one is going to wake up, pop some socks on and then their slippers to stop this happening - so we have to wash them. Hand washing or washing machine slippers leaves them damp for days (even on a radiator) and sometimes they are damaged during the wash. These ones I have had for five months, have washed them twice and they are still in good shape. The lower back means they don't get too hot but it's not too low that they fall off your feet all the time. This is my fifth pair in two years and are by far the best I've had.Slippers are never on the top of your need list but they are usually on your want!

I received a pair of these as a gift a few years back and loved them as soon as I put them on. As I wore them to destruction I realised the time was coming to get a new pair, but unfortunately couldn't make out the brand at all. As soon as I saw the photo of these a few days back I knew they were the same. These slippers are the most comfortable, hard wearing slippers I have ever seen. They provide great grip on various surfaces, and the thick sole was perfect when I had to tread over a lot of broken glass to rescue a child relative from the dangerous mess he had accidentally created.The only minor gripe I have, while the fit is a great match for my shoe size, the small piece of material behind the heel area does annoy me slightly as it rubs against my heel when I walk, although I made a point of flattening it under my heel on my last pair so may do the same with these.

Look good slippers but bought as an Xmas gift.

Having looked at mens slippers in high street stores recently, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of these. The reviews were mainly terrific too, so I ordered a pair for myself.These are no lightweights; this is the heaviest pair of slippers I've ever owned - more like the weight of a training shoe. The soles are moulded rubber like material with a decent tread; very useful if, like me, you occasionally nip outside in them. The insole is very thick and very comfy too. The back of the slipper does not have a full heel, it's more of a low lip, but this is more than adequate to keep them on my feet.I love them and will be ordering some more as spares for when I finally wear these out
