I like that they stay put. And I like what they offer. So far they work well with me. They are easy to apply and so good to not have to take it in a table form. This is a great value for the quality.

Thats the rule and I Try to follow it so I don't loose my account.I will say that this appears to be a good product. The box was sealed up nicely so I wasn't worried about it being tampered with. The patches stick on good.The company that makes these is one that is established and mainly does patches like these. The company is based in the USA which I prefer. I just trust it more.

These patches appear to be decent quality and I love the idea of them. However, the adhesion is awful. I would have to put a tegaderm or clear adhesive over these to secure them if I were going to use them consistently. As for effects, I didn't notice anything immediately. I do believe they slight helped with appetite suppression but I admit it could have been a placebo effect. Which I'm personally okay if it was a placebo effect, but I know people expect more. I didn't notice any side effects while using, but that could have been because the patch wouldn't stay on well ever. For reference, I applied to my upper arm and wore a tank top. There was no rubbing or excessive sweatiness causing the adhesion issues.

I like that these are small and that I can wear them discreetly. I have not experienced any noticeable benefits from these patches. Applying them is easy for me. I just peel and stick them on my upper arm. They hold firmly throughout my busy day without falling off. I do not detect any smells and no irritations.

These little patches are really great.I love that they are so easy to apply and because they are so light they're not really noticeable.In fact I forgot I had one on the first day.So far I believe they're effective; hard to 'measure' the benefits but I feel they're making a difference.One thing I would say is that application to the arm is preferred over abdomen as applying to the abdomen makes them more susceptible to coming off. Just my preference.Overall I believe they are a good value and would recommend them.

These adhesive patches are very sticky and stay put until you take them off. And they do not come off easily, staying put through a soapy shower. They are a little difficult to remove from the clear plastic backing. As for effectiveness, I get the feeling they may be working to stave off hunger pangs but nothing drastic. No adverse reaction on skin nor any nausea or side effects at all after two weeks of daily use.

First off, I would like to point out the discrepancy with the quantity printed on the box. The front of the box states 32 patches, the back of the box indicates that there are 60 patches. This box has 32 patches (8 sheets of 4 patches each).These patches are easy to apply and remove. I have noticed that the patch will bunch up, and I have had a couple fall off completely, so adhesion isn’t very strong. Overtime, I did start to notice adverse side effects. The first day I had no skin irritation. The second day fell off after a couple of hours, and also no irritation. The third day I had minor itching and slightly pink skin around the edges, but was gone the next morning. The fourth day, the patch fell off after only a few hours, and caused moderate irritation in the form of itching and redness. That redness and itching is still there as I write this, 24 hours later.Maybe it’s only a reaction with my skin, but buyer beware of the possible irritation.I doubt I will continue to use, so can’t comment on any benefits.
