These lifted up my earrings and make them comfortable to sleep in. Additionally, these work for both push back and screw back earrings. They work great for my lobe, but are too heavy for a cartilage piercing (which is fine, just fyi).

My piercing holes have been stretched out due to wearing heavy earrings. I was hoping that these would help me be able to wear hoop and dangling earrings again, but these fall through the holes. It may help if you are wearing heavy earrings to keep from stretching your piercings, but it just didn't work for me.They do come in gold and silver, which is nice for someone who want to match the earrings.Give them a try if you are planning on wearing heavy earrings. They just didn't work for me due to my stretched out piercing holes.

I've tried a number of different styles of earring backs to keep my earrings lifted and secure, and these are absolutely the best. They keep my stud earrings securely in the middle of my lobe. And they're attractive. They cost a little more than other earring backs I've purchased, but they are so worth it!
