Great purchase

As with any supplement, it is hard to say whether this actually does any good.But, even if it is just the placebo affect, I certainly feel my mind is sharper when I have had a spoon of this in the morning (on my cereal or in a drink).The taste is subtle - I dont really notice it is there.It is expensive, but that is the case wherever you buy this from.

There is 60g of Lions Mane powder in this packet. The packet its self is smaller than expected but this is good as it is pretty full with the powder and thus no excess packaging and limiting plastic waste. The package is resealable which helps to keep the contents fresh.The directions state that you should take 2grams daily so there is 30 days worth. The recommended daily allowance of Lions Mane is 1g - 3gs therefore the directions of intake per day sit perfectly within this boundary.There is a long shelf life on the package 25/5/36 but with 30 days usage it will be all gone way before then.The Lions Mane powder is easy to use, versatile and mixes well into both hot and cold drinks, even tried it in a bowl of porridge and soup . The taste and smell is subtle and not unpleasant so doesn't detract away from the taste of the drink or food you apply it to.Lion's Mane can enhance memory, concentration, and improve mood, while also supporting digestion by promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. It is early days for me but I have had some improvement with my digestion and a clearer mind set.

I started using this product and others like it but could not get on with it as I started getting headaches and didn't find much improvement in mental clarity. That being said it was easy to take on my breakfast cereal or smoothie and has very little taste to detract away from what you are actually eating.
